COUNCILOR KELVIN THEUS O. HUMILDE ∇Chairperson, Committees on Peace and Order, Police Matters, Drug Abuse, Anti-Gambling, Public Safety ∇Chairperson, Cooperatives & Livelihood Development Councilor Kelvin Theus O. Humilde, fondly known as “Tonton,” is now serving his second term as City Councilor of Alaminos City, bringing with him a reputation for principled and proactive leadership. A graduate of the University of Luzon with a degree in Business Administration and the Pangasinan Merchant Marine Academy with a degree in Marine Transportation, he first built his career as a Marketing Assistant and as an Executive Assistant to former Board Member Margielou Orange Humilde-Versoza. Today, as Chairperson of the Committees on Peace and Order, Police Matters, Drug Abuse, Anti-Gambling, Public Safety, and Cooperatives & Livelihood Development, he continues to champion legislation that promotes safety, order, and sustainable livelihood opportunities for his constituents. Public service runs deep in Councilor Tonton Humilde’s family. He is the grandson of the late Atty. Teofilo “Pilong” Humilde Sr., former Municipal Mayor of Alaminos; son of the late Atty. Isagani G. Humilde and Melvin O. Humilde; and kin to the late Board Member / Vice Mayor / Municipal Councilor Teofilo “Bosyong” Humilde Jr., as well as former Board Member/City Councilor Margielou Orange Humilde-Versoza—all of whom are remembered for their steadfast commitment to civic duty. Carrying on this legacy, he has made his mark as a responsive, hands-on leader who takes his legislative role seriously and maintains consistent participation in all sessions and hearings. Beyond the council, Konsi Tonton is an active community leader. During the pandemic, he spearheaded volunteer initiatives such as the distribution of relief goods, protective equipment, and support for frontliners. In 2021, he served as President of Junior Chamber International (JCI) — Hundred Islands, where he promoted youth leadership, health, and wellness. He is also Auditor of the Pangasinan Maharlika Guardians Brotherhood, Inc. and a member of the Paragon Elite Charity Inc. Through his combined experience in public service and civic involvement, Councilor Humilde continues to uphold his family’s legacy while advancing meaningful programs for the people of the City of Alaminos. << Back
