COUNCILOR ATTY. CIRILO BACALLO RADOC
∇Minority Floor Leader
Councilor Cirilo Bacallo Radoc is a distinguished public servant and professional whose academic and career achievements reflect both discipline and excellence. A consistent honor student, he graduated valedictorian of both Bolaney Elementary School and Royal Carpenter Academy. He pursued higher studies at the University of Pangasinan, where he earned distinction as cum laude in his Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Accounting (three-year accelerated program). He later studied Law at the University of the East, passing the Bar in 1984, and further honed his expertise by completing a Master’s degree in Business Administration at the Ateneo de Manila University.
Before joining the Sangguniang Panlungsod, Councilor Radoc built a strong professional foundation in both government and private sectors. He served as Auditor at the Commission on Audit, and later as Finance Manager at multinational and industry-leading companies such as Pepsi Cola and Hi Precision Steel Inc. His public service career is equally extensive, having served as City Councilor of Alaminos City from 2006 to 2009, 2016 to 2019, and 2019 to 2022, before returning once more to the council in his current term. His background in finance, law, and management equips him with a deep understanding of governance, accountability, and fiscal responsibility.
Alongside his career, Konsi Ban has been active in civic and professional organizations, having served as Past President of the Hundred Islands Lions Club and as a member of the Integrated Bar of the Philippines. Now serving again as City Councilor of Alaminos City, he brings with him decades of expertise and principled leadership, committed to ensuring that policies and programs are responsive, transparent, and uplifting for every Alaminian.
