Councilor Jan Marionne Ramirez Fontelera, fondly known as the “Action Kid”, continues the proud legacy of the Fontelera family in public service. A former seminarian and graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Far Eastern University, he is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Public Administration to strengthen his foundation in governance. His early career in the City Information Office and subsequent election as City Councilor in 2013 marked the beginning of his journey as a young leader dedicated to health, women, and children’s welfare.
In 2017, he served as Executive Assistant to former Mayor now Congressman Celeste, where he strongly advocated for sports development, health,and sanitation programs. His socio-civic involvement is equally notable, having led JCI Hundred Islands as President, during which the organization received the Platinum Seal of Excellence and ranked among the best JCI chapters in the country. He later rose to citywide prominence when he was elected Vice Mayor of Alaminos in 2022, where he also served as Board Director of the Vice Mayor’s League of the Philippines – Pangasinan Chapter and Auditor of VMLP Region 1.
Now elected as Rank 1 City Councilor, Konsi Ion brings his trademark energy and dedication to his chairmanship roles in Health and Wellness, as well as Public Works and Infrastructure. Beyond politics, he is a Registered Nurse (having passed the 2024 Nursing Licensure Exam), an entrepreneur, a bike enthusiast, a protective brother, a devoted husband to Xyranne, and a loving father to Xavionne J and Xadrianna J. Embodying both passion and compassion, he stands as a dynamic young leader committed to building a healthier, stronger, and more progressive Alaminos City.
Recently, he was elected Secretary-General of the Philippine Councilors’ League - Pangasinan Chapter for the term 2025-2028.
